Hi there, not involved in the deal yet. But just curious why you reckon if SOC Investment Group "vote no which leads to an obvious no on the deal" ? Do u know their % ownership ? Thanks
Hey Mike, it's not strictly from SOC. SOC is just an investor calling on other ATVI shareholders to vote no.

Board can say yes but shareholders get a vote after that for yay/nay. They're arguing that it's worth more than $95 and should reject the offer.
